XTORM POWER BANK VOYAGER 26.000 - Issue log
It has come to our attention that the new Apple 16” MacBook Pro sometimes experiences charging issues with some of our XB3 power banks.
We are aware of the issue, and are currently working on a solution.
The issue appears to be caused by a new implementation of the Power Delivery communication protocol that Apple included its new 16” MacBook Pro. This means the XB3 sometimes has issues communicating with the MacBook regarding the amount required charging power. This unstable connection can lead to intermittent starting and stopping of the charging process.
Other MacBooks and USB-C laptops that charge via USB-C Power Delivery do still work perfectly with our XB3 power banks.
