Guarantee and returns
We offer a 2-year guarantee on all Xtorm products. This means that a product is or must do what you as a consumer, in all reasonableness, can expect of it. If the product you have purchased is damaged or has material or manufacturing errors, we kindly request you to contact our customer service department. Also when you doubt whether the problem falls within the guarantee, you can contact us. In all cases, we shall do our best to find an appropriate solution and to remedy the problem.
This guarantee applies exclusively to products that are purchased via xtorm.com. For all other purchases, we will refer you to the sales point concerned.

Are you still not entirely satisfied with the product? Or was the product delivered damaged or faulty? You may return or exchange the product within 14 days, provided it has not incurred any damage due to use. You must notify us about the wish to return the product within 14 days of the receipt of the product. You will receive instructions from us within two working days about how to make the return. You will then have 14 days in which to return the product (in its original packaging) to us. When we have received the product as a return, the purchase sum will be reimbursed within 14 days or a replacement product will be sent to you within 14 days, provided that it is in stock.
Please take account of the fact that the shipment costs incurred may not be reimbursed in all cases.
