In the EU you can expect a delivery time from your Xtorm within 2-5 business days. You always receive your trackinginformation within 8 hours after ordering. Didn't receive the tracking? Please contact our customer support. 

All the orders will be shipped directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Sorry to hear you're not satisfied with the Xtorm product. Please contact us within 2 weeks, our customer support team will guide you trough to process*. 

You're not obligated to let us know the reason of returning, but you're helping us a lot with providing us feedback. 

*Xtorm will not reimburse the costs of returning the item safely to our warehouse. 

Find the Xtorm product you like and click on 'Add to cart'. Check your order, fill in your invoice and shipment address and complete the payment. You'll receive the order confirmation right away.

We send out our orders with DPD. If you're not home when the driver rings your doorbell, he'll come back the day after. If your not home a second time, they drop off the packages at the nearest pick-up parcel shop. The details of this pick-up parcel shop are showed at the trackinginformation. 
When the tracking shows 'Delivered at third party', this means it has been delivered at one of your neighbours.

If you order below € 50,-  the shipping costs will be € 4,95*.

Please contact our customer support with your order ID and the tracking information. Within 3 workingdays you can expect the "proof of delivery" including a signature and name who signed for your package.
